New Energy Speaks at ABCMI & COAST Innovation Forum

Vancouver, British Columbia - New Energy, at the invitation of the Center for Ocean Applied Sustainable Technologies (COAST) and the Association of British Columbia Marine Industries (ABCMI), was proud to have the opportunity to be a presenter at the ABCMI Innovation Forum at the Vancouver Convention Center - highlighting innovators taking bold steps towards sustainable developments on the West Coast of BC.

New Energy had the pleasure to speak the audience on our organization and also share our vision of a sustainable future for coastal communities in British Columbia. The West Coast is home to many of the worlds best tidal energy sites - boasting a renewable energy resource that is fully predictable and capable of providing a practical alternative to carbon-based fuel sources. We (New Energy) believe that through a collaborative effort with coastal partners and stakeholders, we can ‘turn-the-tide’ on the reliance on carbon-based fuels for remote power and instead offer a clean, and sustainable alternative for the future.
