Rapidly Deployable, Reliable Power Generation

New Energy - at the request of an esteemed research institution in North America - designed, developed and delivered a state-of-the-art hydrokinetic power generation system. This system was designed to push the limits for transportability, ease of deployable and speed of interconnection opening new doors for the potential of rapidly deployable hydrokinetic power generation systems

The system was a salt-water rated EVG-005s (5kW) turbine situated on a bi-directional floating mount. The mounting system itself feautured self-propelling capabilities and was transportable via a traditonal boat trailer, making it deployable and manueverable like a traditional boat. The intent was to develop a system that could be deployed for long-term operations,or be available to be deployed quickly and efficiently when required.
